Changeover Cleaner

We work with experienced short-let cleaners who can turn properties to a hotel standard between guest stays. This is regular, predictable work - we operate year-round across multiple properties. Reliability and attention to detail matter more than experience.

Property Inspector

Self-employed / Part-time

We periodically need property inspectors to check properties between stays, confirm check-in readiness, and report any issues before guests arrive. Good eye for detail and clear written communication required.

Maintenance Contractor

Self-employed / As needed

Derby · Chesterfield · Peak District · East Midlands

We maintain a small network of trusted tradespeople - plumbers, electricians, handymen, locksmiths - who can respond quickly when something needs fixing at a managed property. We offer consistent, fast-paying work with no invoice chasing.

What we look for

Relevant trade qualification or experience
Public liability insurance
Available for short-notice callouts
Professional communication with landlords and guests

Admin & Support

Self-employed / Remote

Remote · Derbyshire preferred

Occasionally we need calm, organised people to help with scheduling, owner communication and guest coordination. This is flexible, remote-friendly work suited to someone with a background in property, hospitality or operations.

What we look for

Clear written and verbal communication
Comfortable working with landlords and guests
Experience in property, hospitality or scheduling is a bonus
Reliable internet connection and smartphone

Do I need experience?

Not always. For cleaning roles, reliability and high standards matter more than a formal background. For maintenance and admin roles, relevant experience helps but we care more about how you work than where you worked before.

Is this employed or freelance?

All roles are self-employed. You invoice us for work completed. We don't offer PAYE employment at this stage.

Will I hear back?

Yes. We respond to every enquiry within two business days, even if we don't have an immediate opening. We keep your details on file and get in touch when something suitable comes up.
